Abu Bakar Jabar has been in the insurance fraternity for over 25 years, of which majority of the duration was spent in insurance broking environment. He has been employed by a number of established insurance broking firms from various establishments, ranging from Government Lead Companies, State Government’s owned outfits to multi-national corporations. He is technically sound in managing risks associated with engineering, maritime, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, financial institutions, security firms, general trading and liability type of insurance.

He has experience in the energy, oil & gas industry as Regulatory, Compliance & Risk Management officer in a multi-billion Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) Contract Project. A talented individual possessing a vast pool of experience and technical knowledge. He is in an ideal position to provide the level of services demanded by clients as he is well trained, especially in insurance broking and the insurance industry generally.
